The Role

In this position you’ll work directly with leadership to develop the revenue pipeline that fuels the business. The ideal candidate should have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts. This role aligns with those who are self-aware, self-starters, humble, hungry, coachable, resilient and team players. This is the launching point for your career in business development and/or sales in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity services and sales.

Responsibilities

Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities
Assist in organizing, coordinating, executing sales campaigns
Communicate effectively with cybersecurity vendor alliance partners
Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM
Work collaboratively with leadership to stay on top of market trends and adjust accordingly

Qualifications

Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
Desire to pursue a career in business development and/or sales
Confidence in interacting with people by phone and email, positioning, persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting
Strong presence and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with/or ability to learn web applications such as HubSpot and LinkedIn
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
