Nothing against UAVs themselves, but the potential for abuse of privacy that drones represent is not getting the attention it deserves.
Privacy law lags considerably behind advances in technology, and existing capabilities in drones, high-tech cameras, and facial recognition pose serious threats to privacy. We need to take action, within the tech industry and through regulation, to protect privacy as a basic human right.
